This was my first time at this restaurant, so I orders the red snapper combo, that was advertised. I asked for the price and the counterperson said 2 meals for $20.00. I paid and came back about 15 minutes later. When I returned the meals were bagged and ready to go. Once I got home I opened the box to discover the shrimp was old to the point they smelled, and the fish was not completely cooked. It was raw in several places besides being small pieces. I did not eat any of it and immediately returned the items back to the restaurant. As I pulled up the place was closed and locked up. It was only 650pm and the restaurant sign said that it was open until 11 pm. I called the 283-0388 number and got nothing, not even a voicemail to leave my complaint on. I have called the same number three times this morning beginning at 1100 am. still no answer. I call the other listed number that is on this site 862-2975 and that number answers and says " the party isn't available at this time" still no option for leaving a message.
I will attempt to take the bad food items back to get a refund after I get off work. I will follow up with what happens.
