Nordstrom Rack Legacy Village

What a giant mess in Legacy Village, Beachwood Ohio. Live very close to this Nordstrom’s RACK and want very much to b able to shop there. Looks like a big garage sale, but worse. Every time I’ve visited since opening I get disappointed. So disorganized. Merchandise thrown everywhere. I know it can be different because I have visited the Rack on the west side of Cleveland and it is great. Is it management? Whatever it is, it’s too bad. This is not something isolated on the east side. Same problem with Kohl’s on Wilson Mills, Macy’s on Ceder. Sorry I just need to vent my frustrations!
