Spectrum of Supportive Services

Provides a largely UNsupervised dumping ground for patients, where they are left to their own devices, which can include continuous noise:round the clock vacuuming, extremely loud music/video gaming for up to 24 or more hours at a time, property damage, etc. The organization sets no boundaries for their patients, ignores complaints about their behavior and dismisses disturbing the peace ordinances. Spectrum and their patients have proven a disruptive force in my apartment building, practically eliminating sleep and ruining my health.
