Ups Customer Ctr

I sent out a package today from the UPS Center and Mike was wonderful. He has great customer service and people skills his assistance was greatly appreciated!!! Thanks again Mike & UPS....

They delivered my package to the wrong address an had me wait all day for them to redeliver an they never came said they was gone call when they got in contact with the driver an never did I hate UPS!!!!!

Very unprofessional!! shipped a Christmas gift to my brother out of state and they lost my package and then tried to close the investigation process. It has now been a month now their saying have to wait another eight days!! i will pursue a lawyer!!
