Let me start by saying I almost Never leave reviews whether I have a good or bad experience,however I felt like this store deserved to be recognized for the honest and friendly service they provided to my son and I a few weeks ago.

Recently my son broke his screen on his I-phone 6 and unfortunately we did not have insurance on it anymore. A friend of mine referred me to this store because of their honesty and the great customer service he received from them in the past. I was immedietely impressed with the cleanliness of the store and the smiling face I was greeted by as soon as we entered the store. We informed them of the issue and instead of trying to sell us an aftermarket product or make money off my son they advised us to take it to Apple and get it fixed the right way. They even went as far as to call the Apple store for us and get us an appointment that same day. My sons phone is now fixed and I am grateful for the service we received from the employee at this store. I will definitely do any of my future phone business with them and so will my children. Always providing great customer service and are as honest as they come. Usually you feel swindled into purchasing something you're not quite sure if you need or not at other stores. This place is patient and doesn't hit you with those annoying sales tactics. They're honest, genuine, and efficient. 5 stars for this store. Keep up the good work guys!

I can't thank these guys enough for all of they genuine help they provide me! Each month I come to pay my bill and I am greeted with a smile and proper manners! Anytime I have a question or concern it is addressed patiently and efficiently! These guys seem to know everything! They are very knowledgable on all their plans and products. Best store ever! I broke my iphone5s screen and didn't have insurance through Verizon... I didn't know what to do or where to turn to until my friend told me about these guys. I took the phone in and within 10 minutes I had a brand new screen! The execution of the repair was flawless and I could even tell that the parts used were genuine parts and not those fake ones I could buy on eBay for $5! Not only was the repair extremely efficient and of great quality, the employees were SO nice while I was waiting and it helped that the store was so well maintained! Thank you SO much guys for fixing my screen and making me feel at home! If I ever leave Verizon I will be sure to come to you for a phone!!

I never take the time to write reviews but felt I just had to tell the rest of the world how great the employees here are! They always go above and beyond to help me. I am not the best at using electronics and they have so much patience with me! I come in all the time with "stupid" questions and they make me feel like they're not stupid at all! They are so nice and helpful I couldnt imagine going to another location. It really helps that they maintain a clean and organized store, I always feel safe there!
