Thankful for this Urgent Care to be up and running under new management for a while now. Their hours are very helpful for a mom of 3 and their skills, care and professionalism are comforting. Yes - for some girls English isn't their first language. For the other review(s) on here addressing this, don't be rude. Just because English isn't their first language doesn't mean they're not educated or doing their job. I've been to Dr. Kashat (spelling?) for my childen and husband and he's been very kind, thorough with his exam and helpful to me when worried about my children. We're all human, be kind. But the employees and doctors here have been very good to us.

Wouldn't see someone with expired ID for Cellulitis. This is a serious and can be life threatening. I thought Doctors had to take an oath to help people. Hilarious that Medical at a hospital is insane priced so you try to go to urgent care pay in cash and are turned away for actually serious problem.

I went to this urgent care because it was close to my apartment. However, I am more than willing to drive the extra miles to go somewhere else. The staff was rude and the woman at the front desk hardly spoke English so I had no idea what she was saying to me. The last thing you want when you are sick is to deal with medical staff that is cold and have no idea what they're doing. I wore a heavy sweater to the appointment and the nurse or aide told me not to take it off and proceeded to attempt to take my blood pressure. To make it better she did not understand why she could not get a reading. If you're going to be cold and unprofessional to your clients, at least know what the F you're doing.

I went to this urgent care center today and was very pleased with the care I received. The staff were very friendly and the doctor very caring and competent. I'm glad they were open when I needed help.

I'm sorry, I'm not trying to be racist or unpleasant, however, I'm going to state simple facts. It is crucial in medical care that you explain your symptoms and problems which brought you to urgent care in the first place to you doctor. However, that proves difficult to do when every employee can barely speak English. How can I have any confidence that they will know what I'm telling them is wrong if they can't even respond to me in proper English? Again, I'm not trying to be hateful or crude. I'm just simply saying, in terms of basic fact, if they cannot properly answer my questions, how can I expect that they understand the concerns I'm relaying? It's the same as if someone used a thermometer to check your temperature, check blood pressure, and pulse with machines, then rely on just physically looking at you to diagnose you since they can't understand you. I mean absolutely no offense to anyone of a foreign country, but I think they should learn fluent, proper English, at least when going into something as important as the medical field.

I come to this Urgent Care and its under new management. They have great service. there staff and Doctocs are wonderful and professional! I bring my whole family here. It's nice that there is an urgent care so close to my house. My daughter needed to be seen today, it took less than a half hour and they gave him medicine on the spot. I went to fill the prescription but unfortunately the insurance I used wasn't accepted where I wanted to go. I called Urgent Care and explained the situation I had the prescription in ten minutes at another location. I will definitely be going to this location again.

This is the worst urgent care I have ever been to. The staff was rude, and the doctor didn't seem to care. I told him that I felt like passing out and I was really sick and he didn't know what was wrong with me. He told me the only thing he could do is send me to the ER. He didn't even try to help me. I will NEVER go back there again. I am very unpleased with my visit. I wouldn't even give them one star.

I too my son to the urgent care for an injury he suffered while playing. The staff was polite and the Doctor very professional. I was in and out in 45 minutes with X-rays. They treaef us beeter than our Primary care.
