Chocolate Worth Sharing

General Info
Morley Candy Makers is the place where Sanders chocolate and desserts are created. Our free factory tour is perfect for all ages, and can be customized to fit your group's needs. Our facility is also handicap accessible. Each tour includes a video, a guided walk down our observation hallway to see candy makers at work, free chocolate samples and a stop in our fun candy & gift shop. The first Sanders store opened on June 17, 1875. By the 40's and 50's Sanders products and stores became woven into the traditions of Detroit families. Going to Sanders for a Sundae during a downtown trip, blowing out birthday candles on a Sanders cake and sharing laughs over a bowl of ice cream covered in Sanders Hot Fudge became the standard. Today, there are 10 Sanders locations and our products are shipped throughout the world via our online shop. The candy & gift shop connected to our factory is open daily (9a - 8p, Monday - Saturday and 11a - 5p on Sundays). Tours are only available on weekdays during regular production hours (typically between 9am & 2:30pm).
