The Nail Works

Really Slow, and one of the employees talks really loudly as if to imply, "I'm louder so I'm better.". The employees also say that if you don't like it then leave, when they haven't even started on your pedicure or manicure. They had a nasty attitude, no wonder it's always so empty, never going there ever again.

I am not the type of person who writes reviews unless I am really unhappy or truly satisfied. This place however is HORRIBLEEEE!!
I went in for a manicure and pedicure. This isn't the usual place I stop at but since it was closer to home I said why not. I walk in and sit down one of the guys there asked me what I was in for, as soon as I told him he said 'You wait 15mins. Of course I didn't think it would take 30mins in reality. Ok so when I FINALLY get to sit for my pedicure it takes ANOTHER 10-15mins for them to start. When that was done the guy leaves forgetting I wanted a manicure as well. 10mins later he comes back and starts on my manicure. I was there for 2.5 HOURSSS!! For a mani and pedi SERIOUSLY??
I was truly pissed off and unhappy for the poor customer service they offer. On top of that the annoying Asian music videos playing on the tv are horrible. Better yet they have 3 CATS yes CATS roaming around in the salon. Absolutely disgusting. I noticed they dnt use gloves either. Their nails on both hands and feet are beyond GROSS. While I was getting my manicure a lady walks in with 2 children for a polish change. They were so rude to her and her children. They yelled at the kids because they were playing but not touching their equipment. The lady decided she was going somewhere else and left unhappy. When it was finally time for me to leave the man charges me $30 are you kidding me after getting the worse service I still had to pay $30. Definitely a waste of money and time. NEVER EVER GOING TO THIS PLACE AGAINNN!! By far the worst salon I have ever to. I wouldn't even rate it one star.

I went there just because fancy nails was packed and the place only had 3 customers biggest mistake ever there's a reason it was empty I walked in and they didn't even acknowledge I was there until after 15 minutes then they had me waiting for an hour and decide to tell me to come tommorrow and laughs in my face I was so upset I just left I'm never giving my buisness to them ever I don't recommend they take forever to finish a client I was an hour there and they didn't even finish a client
