He gave me a price quote for four tires replacement including one broken bolts in the rim. Came back to replaced tires but not the broken bolt. I asked him why he didn't replace that and he said because the price is only for four tires. He changed the deal and I said that to him. Instead of trying to convince he aggressively said I will put your old tires back then. I said what about my time. Again I asked him to replace the bolt and I will pay whatever it is and he said don't have time to do it. That guy pretty much made wasted whole lotta time of mine since I had to go to another repair store to get the bolt replaced. The owner or whoever he is, the old Guy's business practices are very bad. At least in my case. Won't recommend this place to anyone and will not any business with them again.

Frank, the owner is a stand up guy. He made me feel very comfortable about my purchase. Upon leaving, I complimented his magazine collection in the waiting room and he gave me my favorite selection.

A reasonable "out the door" price for my tires, a stand up guy whose making me feel like home, a complimentary magazine and I'm out of there within an hour, who could ask for a better place to get tires from?

I CALLED FRANK FOR A PRICE ON TIRES FOR A CUSTOMER AND HE WAS ABLE TO DELIVER A BETTER TIRE CHEAPER THAN A LOCAL TIRE DISTRIBUTOR. I WILL CALL HIM AGAIN.
