There are so many positives associated with this gym! This is what I would label a destination point. A must see or must go to place to train. Super friendly staff, very clean facility and the instructors credentials speaks for themselves. No macho ego's here. Everybody was willing to help out and welcome me from day one. If you're looking to train with the best, this is THE place. The also have wegiths and cardio machines to use at no extra cost! Thats a big plus for me. My out of town friends are jealous when I mention that I train there! Master Liborio is the man!!
