I called 12 tire stores and found out the friendly people at Delta Tire are the best to deal with. There is no hinded fees like walmart and adams and they are the cheapiest place in wise county. They also check your brakes and vehicle completely just when you come and buy tires and if there something wrong they bring you into the shop and show you what is wrong and what needs to be done to fix it.
