        Excellent customer service. We had a mattress that didn't hold up for some reason. Had the correct frame & all that but it just sagged terrible.Only after 2 yrs.I really expected to have trouble asking for a replacement.But the Mgr.(Amy) was so helpful and made it go so easy.She replaced it with another of same quality, price and we were in & out of the store in 15 min. She could see the sagging in the mattress as we had to bring it in. But it was so worth it. Great customer service and great place to shop. I love the store and wish we had one in Post Falls. Thanks so much Big Lots, I will continue shopping there alot.
