Biggest ripe off ever. Typical used cars salesman. I wouldn't take my tricycle to them for repairs. Has zero management skills with his employees, they walk all over him and tell them what they will and will not work on. Last time I checked if your boss tells you to do something, you do it or you find a new job. The owner has new inventory often because his backers pull out their vehicles due to his shady practices.

Went to Victory Lane Auto and received State Inspections, on both of my vehicles today. I was enlisted in the USAF for almost 24 years as a vehicle fleet mechanic/supervisor. Whenever I go into a maintenance facility, I check on several things that are most important to customers. The things I get the most complaints about with maintenance facilities are: Is it a trustworthy business, great maintenance, and good pricing? Most of us know of or have experienced getting wronged (to be polite) by the mechanic or maintenance facility that a car/truck was taken to. I look how a business is run and if a person who leaves that business is at ease with their decision to bring their vehicle to that facility.

When I came to this business, I was immediately greeted by the owner (Shawn Mongeur). My request was very simple and I did have a couple discrepancies that needed repair. I waited for my vehicle(s) and observed the interaction with other customers coming into the business. This is what you can expect from this business.

From my personal military experience, you can fully trust this business with your vehicle service/repair needs. Shawn and Phyllis Mongeur have a gem in this business. When you enter this business you will be treated with respect and given a full explanation of what service is needed to have your vehicle safe and serviceable. You will also be told of cost of parts and labor cost before any work is performed. I heard Mr. Mongeur quote several repair costs for several vehicles, when I was there. He was spot on and didn’t try to take advantage of the customer. This is a rarity with car/truck maintenance facilities. I would highly recommend this business for all of your vehicle maintenance needs.
