Red Lobster

my boyfriend and I went out for a romantic dinner ordered our entrees and ended up waiting for 40-45 min for our food. yes they were busy but not slammed. we received our food Which was delivered by the manager apologetically for being served so late. my boyfriends was fine but mine was over cooked and rubbery. I let our waitress know this and the manager actually recooked my meal and delivered it once again to our table apologizing . she was very intent on making sure everything was satisfactory and then she did something that shocked my boyfriend and I ? she wanted to pay for our entire meal. that included desert and drinks. totally unexpected!! we thought maybe a discount or a desert but not a free $80 + meal. Don't forget our waitress who was also outstanding. They went far and above what they had to do and it was GREATLY APPRECIATED. Thank you. we will keep coming back. your loyal patrons D.G. & B.W.
