Texas Roadhouse

We had an exceptional time with the service from the front door through and through. If only other establishments came close to the caliber service experience here!!! Denisa our server was a blast to have take care of us! I would love to get her another time!! Excellent food and professionally maintained standards. Bravo! Texas Roadhouse.

I WENT TO LUNCH ON JULY 25 1914 THEY PUT ME IN A BOOTH ON THE LEFT SIDE BY KITCHEN DOOR THE FOOD WAS REALLY GOOD SERVICE WAS SO SO THE BILL FOR 2 10 OZ TOPS A POP AND LOADED BAKER CAME TO 2938 THOUGHT WAS TO HIGH BUT WAS LATE THAT WAS THE ONLY TIME MY CARD HAD BEEN OUT OF MY HANDS LATELY AND THE NEXT 2 DAYS I STARTED GETTING CHARGES ON MY CARD I AM STILLTRYING TO CLEAR THIS UP

I've never had a problem with this particular TR. The service is always quick and courteous and the food is always top notch. I've never had to send a steak back due to it being under or overcooked. The only issue I've ever had is that their payment system (this location as well as the other on Powers) always placed a double hold for the bill on my debit card. It never actually double charged me but held up the funds for a few days. This is the only franchise I've ever had that problem with.
