THE SLEAZIEST COMPANY IN THE USA

On February 5, 2015, I purchased some furniture from Ashley Furniture Home Store in Victorville CA. It has now been 5 months of trying to get the problems corrected. Even after calling the Corporate Office in Arcadia WI, and the Warehouse in Colton CA, to no avail. It has been one lie after another. They do not care, they will tell you lie after lie, it never ends. They have been to my house three times with damaged furniture-and swore the items would be new.

They delivered us damaged furniture in the beginning. They lied to us and said they didn't know anything about it. If you patched it, you had to have known. If you didn't know, there is no excuse, you're in the furniture business. It's your job to know, otherwise, you are totally incompetent.

Lie #1 That is the only type of end table available.
Lie #2 We only have it in one color.
Lie #3 Ashley stands behind their product.
Lie #4 We are going to provide you with a warranty.
Lie #5 If you have any problems just give us a call.
Lie #6 Here is your new cocktail table.
Lie #7 We didn't know that 6 chairs would not fit under a 4 chair table.
Lie #8 I will have him call you back.
Lie #9 We will send our tech out to repair it.
Lie #10 Here is your new cocktail table.
Lie #11 I will have him call you back.
Lie #12 The Store manage just left.
Lie #13 We will send you a new cocktail table.

Lie #15 We will be there between 10 and 2.

Ashley Furniture is completely and totally unprofessional. They have proven time and again - they absolutely have no standards. Avoid this company. Run as fast as you can.

Worst service ever. Will sale you everything and tell u is available and and that you may pick up just to find out that the waiting time is 3 to 4 hrs and then to be told they are not in stock. Pedro Acosta sale rep at the store is a joke got our order wrong and lied to the fullest. Dont buy avoid this store forever. Bad service reflect how the management department is useless.

Don't go there. They have an impressive showroom and flashy looking furniture, but when you buy it and take it home, you will discover that it is mostly cheap crap. I bought two leather couches, a chair, and an ottoman about 2 years ago...the dye started coming off the thin leather fabric almost immediately wherever you rest your head or your arm; the seams started splitting in the cushions for no good reason; the large round wooden "feet" have now begun to dry out and crack. All in all, the furniture is just low-quality. I should have known something was up when I first bought the stuff and they pushed me to by an "extended warrantee...I kind of wondered about that then...after all, I was buying furniture, not electronics or mechanical equipment...what could go wrong? I don't know if other manufacturers make anything better these days, but this stuff is really bad. I know I won't go back...

Do not buy furniture from Ashley furniture. First of all, the nubuck bonded leather leather couch as begun to crack after 2 years. Thin cheap fabric is what is used. II purchased the 5 year Guardsman fabric plus plan that the Ashley sales rep told me would cover such problems. When i called Guardman, they replied oh thats not covered. When I called Ashley they told me Guardsman is their own Company and they just outsource protection to them. If this is their business practice its shady and unethical. Lastly, never buy the Guardman protection plan ever its a rip off at best, and shame on Ashley for even selling that.
