Players

It's everyones favorite pool bar. Its fun, and the waitresses are very nice. It's always full and there's not enough parking. But over all It's an ok place to hang out with friends. Jeans and a T-shirt will suffice.

My friends and I have been coming to hang out at players for years now. Since then Tonia has been the BEST to ever have walked in there. She always made sure she took care of her customers even when she was obviously so busy because almost everyone always wanted her to be their server! She constantly smiled and was always willing to go the extra mile or walk even if it was just for a water! I will miss her and I'm sure so many others will too. What ever the reasons maybe as to her not being here doesnt really matter. All i can say is Players made a huge mistake by letting her go and I'm sure myself and anyone else that comes there would say the same, WE WANT TONIA BACK! :(

I went to this place to have a good time. Of course it's a bar so there is alcohol. I was there approxamately 4 hrs & was having a good time. Karaoke starts @ 9 or 9:30. I went to the section that was set aside for that and was having a hellova good time. On several occasions I had gotten the TIP jar that was on the table for the DJ's, and had taking it to the tables to get people to put tips in it, had NO problem all night with anyone. As new people would come in I would get the jar and take it bk around. This one couple came in, and I have no idea who they are, I went to their table to ask them for a tip, the female so no so I asked the male, the next thing I know I am being almosted tackled from the back and picked up to be taken out. I tried to get them to put me down & tell me what was going on. After I was carried outside I was told I had spit in the huzzy's face. I told them I had not and their response was, she said you did so you gotta leave. During the "manhandling of my big ole 112 lb self" my pouch that all my ID's & debit cards & several hundred dollars in it came out of my pocket. I was not allowed to even get the police to go bk up there with me to look for it. They have been in business since 2000 and this is the first blog on them??????IMAGINE THAT?????? AND THE FIRST ONE'S NOT GOOD. SO I WOULD SAY, IF YOUR EVER IN THE COLUMBUS, GEORGIA AREA AND WANT TO HAVE FUN AND NOT BE BULLIED BY THE PEOPLE IN CHARGE, DO NOT GO THERE!!!!!!!!!!! YOUR NOTHING TO THEM AND ALL THEY CARE ABOUT IS GETTING YOUR MONEY!!!!!!!! WELL THEY GOT MY LAST DOLLAR.

This place is what's happening if you want to get away from the club scene and play games. The place in huge in the inside and plenty of pool tables to go around....I havent been there in a minute but saw they added some new game machines in there when I went last friday night the 24th...the place was pack and I had some good fun there...I can honestly say I never knew they had a freaken upstairs with lots of pool tables up there and people were going up to see....Its very laidback and they dont close til 3am....Food is really good and of course they had my favorite Hot Wings....the prices were crazy cheap compare to other places for wings to me........Since it was nine of us I got the 50piece and that cost $20.10..that's all. I had a descent size cup for my drink (A blue m******f***) which was $7.00......in all the night was straight. Go out there and have some fun with your friends....18 ID 21 to drink and they give wristbands.
