for our wedding party Arch provide the shuttle for our family members from Columbus airport to our hotel and to the wedding party they were very prompt carious and organized we thought we will have diffucalty since our wedding party had over than 275 gust but with there help and experience they did the best job that's why they should be recommended .

used the service last night from columbus airport to Dublin Ohio my flight was late for 1 hour and the driver waited for me .

the limo is clean driver r provisional dressed and a good attitude

called for airport shuttle 9 passengers and 20 bags. the bus arrived about 15 minutes before booked time .

driver did very good jop very profisional . the vhichle was clean and able to get every body confortebel .



the rate was $30.00-$35.00 less thn the other companeis we recomend Arch or the good jop they did ,

For the arrival of my newborn son (freshly out from intensive care unit in another city) and my wife, I rented a limouisine from Arch for airport pickup. They were prepaid over $300 but forgot to arrive. They sent a car over an hour late that was freezing inside with no working heat in the November cold to pick us up. After vehement complaints they finally sent a bus with heat and another driver who demanded a 40 dollar tip. A refund or apology was never issued from this company. I would never recommend this company to anyone!!

We rented the Stretch Yukon for my 21st Birthday Party and everyone had a great time! The driver was super nice and i would totally recommend Arch Express Transportation to any one who is wanting to have a good time .

If you want to have an enjoyable occasion, do not rent from these people!!! Seriously. We rented a limo for our Grandparent's 50th Wedding Anniversaryto pick them up and drop them off at the party location. They were an hour late, the limo was trashed. There was trash in the ice bucket, dirty glasses in the windows, and no beverages, just dirty glasses. The driver slammed on his brakes for no apparent reason, their were no other veh's around and my five year old cousin that was in the veh as well flew across the limo and hit his head. After confronting the driver about it he just laughed about my cousin hitting is head. This is the worst company ever to rent from. The managers are rude and inconsiderate, and do not care about their customers that keep them in business. The managers do not know anything about customer service nor do they care. When confronting the owner he was very unprofessional and rude by raising his voice and interrupting me. Please if you want to enjoy your experience, do not do business with these people.

DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY. I rented a limo for my mothers 50th birthday. The limo was an hour late and we missed our dinner reservations. The limo should have not been on the road. The seats were ripped, things were broken, one of the windows wasn't even tinted, the brakes were going bad & I think the transmission was too. We were in an extremely unsafe limo and I would not suggest anyone to rent a limo through this company.
