Terrible place to live! The maintenance crew is great, but they can only do what they can with the resources they are given. They complex tries to get away with everything on the cheap, including their laundry facilities that are filthy. The appliances in the apartments are from the 80s just like the cabinets, however, they try to charge you for every little thing on the appliances like they're new. Including a serious mold problem, as you'll see in numerous ratings for this location. The office staff illegally entered my apartment after notifying them that I was moving out- which I gave them a three month notice like they asked. So be sure to document their calls, as they are only permitted to enter for emergencies unless they give 24 hour notice. Additionally, they will try to nickel and dime you and your security deposit after you move out- so be sure to take pictures after you leave and have them sign off on the space too. I would never, ever live here again or recommend that anyone else live here either. Also, the ground are filthy with trash and dog feces, and during the winter months they don't put salt down or plow- be careful!
