The previous owners always provided consistent, exceptional customer service. We always went out of our way to give them our business because we wanted to maintain our loyalty and support their business; HOWEVER, since the new owner's took over this establishment, I will never go back. Last night, the owner grabbed the wrong pack of beer, and when it was brough to his attention, I apologized and he said nothing. I had two separate orders, and he and his wife claimed they had already rang us up and could not split the bill. Furthermore, he asked for his beer back and for us not to come back anymore, and followed it by saying, "we don't want your kind here." Either way, it was their loss, as they lost a very loyal customer.

the service is amazing. the inventory is amazing as well. if you want it, they have it. if they dont have itn then geno will make a call and get it in. i love the place, its amazing.
