At Live Happier, were here to help you find ways to truly listen to yourself and turn that knowledge into a happier life. Live Happier offers group sessions, workshops, classes and one-on-one sessions, all at our new location, The Loft. Its a chic, comfortable space to shelve the stress for a few hours and talk about living happier. After all, with everything we put into looking our best, shouldnt we take the time and effort to feel our best too?
