        Overall

        Rude and unfriendly. The lady running the desk didn't even make eye contact, let alone greet us when we entered. They refused to groom my dog at our appointment time, but wanted me to pay $11 extra for express service. It was very hot in there and my dog was overheating, which is why she was panicked (and they wouldn't groom her). Took my dog to another groomer and she had no issues.
