We drove all the way from North Dakota to Vogel Sales to purchase a Ram 3500 service truck. We get there and after they assured us that the vehicle had been inspected and passed, looking over the truck we noticed that the muffler was completely broken off of the exhaust. They did fix it right then and there which was good. We purchased the truck drove back to North Dakota and 2 days later we notice a terrible smell. We pulled back the rubber flooring (no carpet in the service truck) to find that someone had Pressure washed the inside and completely SOAKED the inside of the truck and had to unbolt the seats and air it out for a day. We called them to let them know and they had nothing to say for it besides one guy that works there is really "old school and likes to pressure wash the trucks out". When we purchased the truck they also told us that they would ship us the title that next day... a week goes by no title. We call and they say they will ship it that day... another week goes by no title. We call AGAIN and they say that they will send it that day... ridiculous! They told us that the ball joints had all been replaced and the truck had been aligned days before we bought it. Only 3 1/2 weeks after having the truck we took it into get inspected ourselves to find that they did NOT align it and did not put the upper ball joints in correctly... the ball joint was completely ruined as well as the tie rods were COMPLETELY shot. We called them asking if they would do anything about replacing/warranty the parts and they said the only way they would cover any of their warranty work is if we drove the 500+ miles BACK to Colorado! Overall our experience has been terrible! I would really inspect the trucks and take them to a shop before you buy!
