I ordered gutters. I had to constantly call or visit this company in order to get service. I was patient and kind as I waited. Eventually the gutters were partially installed. After visiting the company yet again-this time with my husband- to request completion of downspout, end caps, and leaf guard, eventually, someone came to put on the remaining downspout and end caps(sloppily) -but the leaf guard was not installed. After months of requests for completion of the gutters,I still did not received the complete order. Also, I feel deceived because what I thought I had ordered was gutters which had leaf guard already included(as was the model shown in their show room),They knew this,I was shocked when their promptness drastically improved as I received the bill so quickly! And was informed that the leaf guard would cost more than twice the original estimate.I would absolutely NOT recommend this company! The people are friendly but the service and quality are very substandard!!
