Our septic tank was backing up and a neighbor recommended Bowen's Septic. Tim & Scott came out on a Saturday and dug up both ends. We have the old style big lids and they dug them up with no problem. Our concrete outlet tee was corroded off. The previous company did not tell us this. Well, Tim & Scott explained everything in simple terms to us and upgraded our outlet tee, installed new concrete lids with manhole access and installed risers on both ends of our septic tank. Additionally they jetted our fieldlines and restored them with high performance bacteria. The main thing is they left us with peace of mind. They left the area perfectly smooth and the heavy duty lids were exposed two inches above ground so no vehicle would unknowingly cave our tank end and so it would be easy to mow around. They put us on a notification list for annual bacteria and to let us know in 3 years when it's time for our regular pumping. We will use Bowen's from now on. We highly recommend.
Joshua & John came out to pump our septic tank . Come to find out the last company we used and I will not dis credit them they tried to fix the problem .Better yet they said they did but it was very shady work done . Joshua was a very honest person and very knowledgeable about septic tanks and how they work from now on only Joshua @ Bowen will pump our tank they are the best
