The beach area includes a swim dock with a floating dock, paddle boats at no charge, fishing dock (we provide free poles and sell bait!) and a sun deck on the boat house roof. Our spacious well-kept grounds have more than ample room for that game of catch or to toss the football and Frisbee. With grills and picnic tables, its a great place to gather with family. The Lake View Motel is proud to be the 2021 Cooperstown Chamber of Commerce Hall of Fame Award Winner.
