        High level of professionalism ...

        High level of professionalism and responsiveness in explaining product use. I had skunk odor intensely permeating my home. It was not possible to wash every wall and household item. I used the machines (follow the instructions given) and had excellent results. I still had surface cleaning but it was far more reasonable. This was my second skunk episode and it was much less clean up than the first time when I did not know about the product. It is not a "cure all" but it hugely minimized the odor. Next time we paint walls, I will use this machine to eliminate paint smells.
