        Overall

        Great Dentistry in a welcoming office...
        BUT,
        I was quoted a price, paid in full,
        THEN RECEIVED A BILL 😠
        - they enrolled me in a "dental plan" I DID NOT JOIN
        - price for crown was 50% higher on invoice than quoted at the office.
        - "discount & promotions" with NO explanation, and then an INVOICE !
        - blame put on "3rd Party" billing problem
        - identical "we'll take care of it" responses 3 weeks apart, YET the issue is still not resolved
        - 2nd Past Due Notice threatens "immediate collection actions" as the office says they have "taken care of it"
        - Office calls ME to see if online payment invoice has been corrected, and says THEY cannot view the information.
