Metro PCS

I phoned with a question about possible issues with the network because my texts were all pending after 5 minutes & after I tried re-sending them. The girl who answered the phone could not have been more apathetic. I had to repeat my question to which her answer was "I dunno..." In the pregnant pauses in our conversation, I kept hearing the popping bubble sound effect from a /phone/ game. When I politely asked her if I could speak with someone who may be able to help me more, I heard her complain about me to a co-worker & then hang up. Pathetic all around. Next step... A letter to corporate - after I get her name.

Great store they pay attention to detail and provide the best service I have ever had from Metro PCS they have all the new phones and even when there is a line they are fast and I pay my bill at this location because they have a great staff.
