Dental Associates of Corona

My family and I are impressed with this office! The staff was professional and caring. The environment was warm and friendly, and the dentists were great! They were informative, the doctor took his time in explaining to me what needed to get done and gave me different options. And my kids really liked the ortho and pediatric doctors. I am going to recommend this office to anyone who wants great service and dental care!

Years ago i had a crown done on a right molar. The dentist decided to divide it in two molars instead of one. I complained and he said to me "why are you complaining, since you are getting two pieces instead of one." The matter is that i always had one tooth and i could not get use to a double tooth on that space. The retainer they made for me was unfit and poorly done. NOT RECOMMENDED.

The service is ridiculous. Every person who works in this office doesn't know what they are doing. I have encountered several problems with them not knowing where my records are, what my services have been, how much money I have paid to them, etc. I wouldn't recommend this mess of a dentist office to anyone for ANY reason!

Many where I work think quite highly about the dentists but the office (billing) is the reason many of us our switching. Numerous errors.
