21st Century Pharmacy

I have never everrrrr given a pharmacy any kind of review. Apparently Dior attempted to call me to notify me something was wrong with processing my medication. Waited 10+ days while I was in pain to find out something is wrong.

My experience was terrible. On the front of the store the hours say 9am-8pm Monday-Friday.
I went to pick up a UPS package there, because this business serves as a access point. I arrived at 7:23pm and a work there refuse to give me my package. I was told by another worker that its Friday and they're going home. My package can't be pick up until Sunday because they're close on Saturday's. No apologies were issued to me for the discrepancy on the store hours. Instead i was yelled at and one of the workers threatened to send my package back. Unprofessional they all were including the manger. This store is in a minority neighborhood and i feel they don't care about their service to the community because of that. They have not been in the neighborhood for a long time. I've seen business come and go. I will be following up with community leaders to do something about the lack of quality service coming from this store. My plans had to be cancelled for that evening.
