Here you will find: Many "abondoned" vehicles sedintaryily parked for YEARS w/ expired tags to prove it, that mysteriously are untouched where as vehicles parked under carports are broken into; remodeling upgrades that make are done cheaply and not done right(inside and out of units), which have to be redone or just leave your place looking dirty; remodeling projects that leave your apartment vulnerable and lead to objects stolen from inside your own back patio; work orders that were never recieved and office has no record of; "easy fixes" that go unfixed for months going on years; requests that go ignored and overlooked leading to electrical wires burned that could have lead to fires in the furture; appliances and or ammenities that were broken upon move in; apartment not done by the time of morning move in date; conflicting verbal and contract listed regulations; mail packages ruined with the ignorant and uncaring staff that receive them and sit for weeks with no notice to resident; roach, ant, SNAKES IN your apartment, not to mention the rampant amount of possums that scour the property and hiss as you pass by bushes; outside concrete steps with metal so rotted that they just fall.
