Conrad's sometimes takes your instruments in store to fix them, as it can not be done at your school. That is understandable. What is not understandable is the fact that they have had my bassoon for 2 and a half months and counting. We called them asking if they could bring it back, because I need it for class. They told me they would bring it back the next time the visited our school, which was that Friday. However, they still failed to bring it back. I still don't know when I will get my bassoon back. Oh where, oh where has my little bassoon gone? I don't even know if they know. Is it in his fireplace as a substitute for firewood? Probably. Is it in a black hole, gone out of this reality? Possible. Is it in my hands right now? No.

Great store! I have been dealing with these guys for years and could not ask for better service, prices or personalities!
