Gold Quality Construction

We called Gold Quality Construction to remodel our home and Paul Gold the owner came out and promised us that we would be very happy when the job was through. We trusted Paul and his team and we spent hundreds and thousands of dollars with him and we live in a disaster. Nothing in our house works. We have broken and discolored cabinets, sloped hard wood floors, tile that was not properly installed so it rattles and moves when you walk on it, cracking and bubbling in walls and ceilings, a dishwasher that cannot be removed because Paul and his team did not have the specs on it when it was delivered so it didn't fit under the counter top so instead of speaking to us they decided for themselves to cut the brand new tile out and shove the dishwasher in a hole that we can not remove now. Paul Gold verbally promised us to fix all these things and many more on our punch list, but never did unless we paid him more money!

I have asked Paul Gold to do the ethical and responsible thing and take care of the problems him and his workers created, but he hasn't! Gold Quality Construction is anything but Gold quality!
