Mentatsu Noodle House

Mentatsu is a smaller place so from time to time you might need to wait, but it's worth it.



Like other ramen houses they have a plethora of different flavors from the traditional Chanpon (veggies and 3 kinds of meat) to Curry.



The noodles are nice and crispy which are a signature of the best ramen houses. They're not soggy or limp like the nasty instant stuff you have at home.



I'd definitely recommend asking for a miso broth. Even if the menu says 'shoyu', you can ask for miso which makes it WAY tastier. But it's heavier that way, so it's a matter of taste.



A definite 2 thumbs up in my book.
