        totally appaulled

        I walked into exchange bank on Old Redwood Hwy, in Cotati. They have the worst service ever!!

        Not only did cash my check, but they didn't run it to tell me were I could go, they never asked for ID, they failed to mention a Five dollar fee AND they laughed at me as I left the bank.

        I've never been so disgusted and humiliated in my life.

        The part that makes the most mad is that I've done business with them before w/o having an account. I'm never going back and I suggest no one else do so either.
