We can also supply tables, chairs, caffing dishes, tents, staff, bar service, and clean-up. Extensive menu inclusive of Gumbos, seafood, pasta dishes, jambalaya, muffelettas, fried turkey, even on-site fish frys, BBQ's, crawfish boils, or couchon-du-laits. Just call Scott and he can give you a quote on any menu items needed. Fully stocked catering trailer can go anywhere and is completely self sufficient. La Bayou Boys also sells the kitchen supplies such as jambalaya pots and fish fryers in various sizes.
