        Overall

        this company is nothing more than thief's you will pay for a service use their membership once you decided to cancel. then the hours left that you have already paid for will be taken away just because you are cancelling. when you have already paid that means that you paid for the service that has not been deliver yet so why do they take it . if that is the case they should give you your money back since you pay for a service but did not receive it.
