What a terrible experience. I purchased an item 3 months ago, never received the item and can not get a refund. At this point I am concluding that this company is a scam and I was duped. 3 months and dozens of calls and no one can give me an answer on either a refund or arrival of purchased item. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

Got transmission module from CARID , turned to be defective. but after shipping them my core and bad module later, they refused to return my core, which increasing my price by $300 now, since I have no core to return, car sitting with no module at all! Phone representative hardly could understand the situation, after they finally did, told me they can't return it nor can't sell me another one with core credit... What a nightmare experience....

PS. They got contacted me after FB review was posted, working now to solve the issue. Offered me discounted price and waived Core deposit.

Recently placed an order for wheels and tires. Said it would only take a week to deliver them. They contacted me by email the day before they were supposed to arrive, said the wheels were out of stock and that the manufacturer would have to remake them, so it would take another 3 weeks. Waited... Waited... then finally I get an email saying that I cancelled my order and asked for a refund. B*tch! I've been waiting for a month, why would I cancel my order?! When I contacted customer service, they claimed that they contacted me 3 times, then cancelled my order. Not true what so ever! Then the guy says the other reason they cancelled my order was because the tires were out of stock. They couldn't slap a different tire on there? So then I asked if the wheels were in stock because that was the original delay, he put me on hold for over 20min. Never came back. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! THEY DO NOT RESPECT THEIR CUSTOMERS! The package deal was $1049, which is now listed for $1200. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM! THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS A JOKE, THAT REFUSES TO HELP.

I give Axel at CARiD.com 5 stars. We were having ALOT of difficulty with the manufacturer of our truck cover and he stuck with me until the situation was solved. He went above and beyond to make a bad situation completely better. We are very satisfied with the new truck cover and we received a refund for the first cover. I keep his number hand, should I ever need his assistance again.

I give Connor from CARiD a 5 for all his help with my RE-order but I give the company CARiD a 2 for the things I have encountered trying to get a tonneau cover for my truck. I originally tried to order a cover that was out of stock, I waited about 2 months and after that long called them to find out they didn't think it was going to available in the near future so I picked another cover...my 2nd choice. After receiving it I found out it did not fit my truck even though I entered the correct information about my vehicle. I now had to order a 3rd cover and send the 2nd one back. The day I receive the 3rd cover and ship the 2nd one back I get an email from CARiD that the 1st cover that I REALLY wanted was now available! Needless to say this is very upsetting as I wanted this cover to begin with. I will probably not send the 3rd cover back as it is so much hassle and winter is coming and I really need to get a cover on my truck. Not sure if I will use CARiD in the future. As another reviewer stated, I think maybe they just take orders and act as middlemen and then order from a 3rd party that you could have ordered from to begin with. I can only hope I get my money back for the 2nd cover soon.

Well so far so good, I've ordered rims and tires for my toyota, Yokohama tires no longer available? But offered me a nicer more aggressive set and gave me $40+ dollars back, Joe my rep. Called me directly to tell me and offer the change! Nice replacement. Now we will see how long before they ship? Previous statements have me a bit nervous!!

Slowww...Took 3 days just to process the credit card. Another 2 weeks for a shipping date. Shipping date was extended further twice. Now they want another week. It will be a month and a half for me to get my order. 45 days. No thank you. You have my money in your bank, while you don't even have the products in stock that youve sold me. So I pay you... You order products.. wait weeks, with constant delays to sell a product you don't even have. I believe that is fraud. This company either uses offshore call centers or non English speaking reps. The chat agents don't even know the language. I don't believe this is a true company. It just takes orders and takes the money, then buys you a product from the manufacturer, who ships it to you. Good gig, but they're not even handle it efficiently what so ever.
