TLC Learning Center

My kids love it there. The staff is very friendly. The prices are steep though even with CCR&R. I dont like that they have annual fundraisers that you have to participate in. Even with that being said I feel comfortable with my kids there.

I'm shocked to see such reviews after my kids have been to multiple centers as a single dad w 3 kids it's hard to find a good place although 2 of my kids are in B & A care my youngest has attended since she was 4 and LOVED her teachers she graduated from their kindergaten READING AT A 2ND GRADE LEVEL AND DOING DOUBLE DIGIT MATH! My kids were bit multiple times at other centers it's daycare...it happens. I know when my kids were bitten at the other Centers sometimes they were the ones that instigated the resulting bite from the other child it's very easy to blame someone else then to correct your own I'm just saying however Mine were never bitten here or mistreated my youngest has separation issues and they knew just how to deal with them if you want an awesome place to send your kids this is the place to go! There is always a second side to a story I have seen multiple families become closer after attending due to how well their program is run

We had to pull my grandchild from this facility after the FOURTH, yes FOURTH bite she received. The only reason we didn't pull her sooner was because Pat assured us things were being changed and she loved her teacher! (New daycare, no bites) Very unprofessional staff, very unorganized after hours events. Promise the world and deliver zero. Save yourself the heartache, take your child somewhere else. We also filed complaints with DCFS, Protective services and NAEYC and we are waiting results of the investigation.

TLC is very unprofessional. my 4 year old child has only been going to this day care for three months and I'm getting him out asap. he keeps coming home with cuts and bruises on his face and he keeps telling me his teacher fredricka keeps hitting him and flicking him in his head with her fingers. my child has never come home before and ever said anyone has hit him and he's been in day care since day one. the first time he came home and told me a teacher hit him i reported it to the owner patricia. she nicely heard me out and assured me she would check into the problem. obviously nothing has been solved because my child is still reporting that he is being hit regularly by fredricka. I'm reporting this center to the abuse hotline and finding a lawyer. do not send your child here. SUSPECTED CHILD ABUSE!!!!
