Overall

Company over promises and under delivers. Charged $13,289 to install boiler &?hot water heater. Claimed insurance would cover all but 1,000. Removed all parts & photos from premises before adjuster could examine. Stalled & delayed examination at their office claiming insurance needed to sign a proprietary Agreement . Year later still fighting for parts not belonging to them! Impeded us getting any reimbursement. Found out they never sent proprietary agreement to insurance to review let alone sign. Dishonest in their practices and overcharging in their services. Never use this company! Took advantage of a 91 yr old homeowner.

First of all I wouldn't even give them 1 star, unfortunately that's my only option. Horrible service. Long story short, I had a furnace installed a few years back by them and seemed to be doing well. They upsold me to a 2 stage furnace saying it would heat the home more efficiently. Couple years later I had a maintenance check by one of their servicemen, he told me that I'm not getting the 2 stage function out of my furnace because my thermostat is a 1 stage. Nobody told me this in advance when I was making the purchase, nor did they inform me I needed to upgrade my thermostat. I decided to have my A/C installed by them as well after having my furnace installed. This is where I have had all my problems with them. I signed for a Carrier A/C unit to match my furnace. They came by with a different type of generic unit. They tried to do a bait and switch. The employee doing the installation said the owner does this all the time. Another issue was that after the A/C installation not even a year goes by and we had to refill the freon, apparently there is a leak. They promised to come out and find the leak to fix it. A week has gone by and no return phone call. I have called multiple times and left them messages. They do not stand behind the product or service. They are amateurs NOT PROFFESIONALS. Stay away from them unless you want to have to deal with problems.

I bought my furnace from this ...

I bought my furnace from this company 3 years ago and had it cleaned and inspected by them the last two years. A year ago, one of their technicians wrote that our electronic furnace filter was dirty even though I had been maintaining it throughout the year. This month the gas valve went out on the furnace, and I needed to have it replaced. To make a long story short, my "dirty" filter issue from a year ago somehow voided my 5 year warranty on parts. I ended up paying over $500 for the valve alone, not to mention the service call and labor. The bottom line on this company is that they don't stand behind the product they install, nor do they seem to care about a loyal customer. Needless to say, I will never be doing business with them again, and I would recommend avoiding this company. There are plenty of good companies out there that will stand behind their products and services.

Stay away!!! This company is ...

Stay away!!! This company is such a rip-off it is not even funny. The first "technician" to visit my house misdiagnosed the problem...so did the 2nd one. Their ultimate solution was to sell me a new unit (yeah, right). I called another company and got the unit fixed that same day for under $200. HH seems to be driven on new sales since their "technicians" do not seem to know their a** from a hole in the ground. Do yourself a favor and don't call these clowns to service your AC or furnace. And by the way, their new unit price was $1200 higher than a rival company's price.
