Crofton Yoga

I began going to Crofton Yoga in December of 2011 and was thrilled to find a beginners class. I fell in love instantly and was thrilled to find out that each time class began it seemed it was over in the blink of an eye. My primary instructors have been Emily and Marybeth and I look forward to my class every week. Everyone at Crofton Yoga is warm and friendly and I was instantly comfortable the first time I stepped through the door. The classes are awesome and the instructors are professional and extremely knowledgeable with caring dispositions. The studio is always clean and tidy and classes begin and end on time. A variety of workshops are offered and there is always something new and exciting being offered. If you are looking for a studio that offers so much more than just yoga classes you need look no further than Crofton Yoga. I am very fortunate to have found such a wonderful place with wonderful people! I look forward to continued attendance at winter, summer, fall and spring sessions well into the future
