Took my GMC Envoy with a air conditioner problem and they recharged it and checked for leaks and its been great ever since, also installed a new muffler. GREAT Job. They do good work for a reasonable price. Thanks Frank

They were lousy, I waited forever,and then the price was double what they told me. And to make matters worse,I'm having the same issue. The General Manager is who I blame.

I was railroaded (forced into a position that was fincially ruinsome for me, deliberately, once the business knew they could take such advantage.) Mr. Bishop himself did all he could to not repair my vehicles. Rather due to "state regulations" he let the vehicle garner storage charges, misc. fees that were not requested, and even attempted to seize the vehicle for his junkyard when it appeared I could not pay.



I was caught unawares and trusted these professionals, but the more Mr. Bishop realized I was in a tight financial spot he tightened the screws in hopes of seizing the vehicle out right. All this because I need brakes checking.



The BBB took the behavior seriously, unfortunately Mr. Bishops reply was nothing short of rude, insisted I owed them a favor (apparently I could have been charged more so I should be thankful!)
