Dar Party Pizza

My employees and I all order from Party Pizza at least twice a week. Great food! Great service! Great prices!

Let's start off by saying this was the worst experience I ever had with any establishment.



I ordered a medium pizza, 2 liter soda and a house salad. I requested mozzarella on one half of the pizza and Parmesan on the other half of the pizza. I also made the hard English spoken employee on the line read it back as I didn't want to get an incorrectly made pizza. Of course the pizza came with mozzarella on the entire thing with no parmesan anywhere on it.



The salad i got was definitely in a fridge for to long and all the toppings were mushy and soggy..... Made me want to vomit....



The soda was..... a soda! Happy they just didn't forget it.



Now, this is the interesting part.... I called to explain the situation with the pizza, and before I could finish, the same employee said well all pizza comes with mozzarella.... If you want a new pizza, I can get it to you within a few hours because we are busy..... Is it Super Bowl Sunday, why so long??



I requested a refund and he said I'll pick the pizza up and then refund your credit card once I receive back here....



So weird!!!!

Update....

So the driver came back and wanted everything from my order or i wouldn't get a refund. I said, just charge me for the soda.... The driver refused so i called the restaurant. After saying fine, take the half drank soda back and give me a refund, he said OK, ill just charge you for the soda.
