Good service for me. Seemed very honest .
TV working great. now have peace in the house

Called Samsung and was told Smith is the nw Indiana servicer for them.

I was very impressed with them.

Was ready to pay their the man but was informed by tech it would be covered by a factory recall.

I would have been happy to pay, but unit was repaired at no charge to me.

This business told me when I brought my TV in for repair that is was a covered repair under the warranty I had paid extra for from walmart. Three months later, I called the company that I purchased the warranty from to be told it is not a covered failure. I had called Smith Electronics several times and got the run around with an attitude. This business is part of a scam.

DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS!

DO NOT BUY THE EXTENDED WARRANTY FROM WALMART!

Smith Electronic will only find issues that are not covered under warranty.

This is a horrible business with horrible owners. Thank god I didn't have them fix my TV, or I would have been out $450.00 to $550.00, for a job that only cost us $3.95 to fix. According to the female owner, recent projection TV's don't have fuses, and haven't for a long time. I think thats kind of funny, because I ordered the fuse and my brother-in-law and husband fixed the TV in 45 minutes.
