        We needed a new range. I called Grand Appliance in Crystal Lake, told Jim what I wanted. When we arrived, he was ready to show the range & write it up. But we had a unique delivery problem – it had to be in 2 days. Jim managed to arrange that. We had a text of exactly where the truck was and when it would arrive. Robert & Freddy were right on time, quickly pulled off all the packing materials and very efficiently assembled the range. In minutes, we had the range, everything was cleaned up and they were gone. Just like that. Really great service.
