        I had a LTL shipment from Worcester, MA to Cranston, RI. These guys were to make an appointment for delivery, never did. They then delivered the shipment to the wrong company. Also they weighed the shipment and found it to be 230 lbs heavier than we had listed. They charged us for the difference and $22.00 for weighing it. Never even cared that they delivered it to the wrong company! I had to hire another truck to pick it up and bring it to the right place at a cost of $125.00
