BAD seafood--salmon not cooked raw and wearing fins: barf; told waitress and mgmt said they'd take it off the bill--left hungry and disapponted and slightly sick from gag...dipping raw salmon. No real concern from staff, so guess they have more business than they need

Ted's Montana Grills are constructed from an assemblage of Ted Turner's favorite things - dark hardwoods, tooled panels, half-sour pickles, Coca-Cola in six-ounce bottles, made-on-the-premises "real" lemonade, paper soda straws, crab cakes that are blue crab meat held together with the barest of batter, and bison, lots of bison. The staff must be knowledgeable, relaxed while professional, and presentable in dark trousers and white shirts. The accommodations must be clean and comfortable. The food preparation must be perfect down to the simplest of fare.
Nowhere is this concept better realized than the location within The Forum on Peachtree Parkway. I’ve dined there many times, and each visit has been fully satisfying. They prominently display their latest inspection report near the door, and I’ve never seen a score of less than 100. Even at their busiest, the bathrooms have been clean (assigned staff must sweep through regularly). The staff has yet to make a misstep during one of my visits. The host or hostess has given me their attention and care no matter what is transpiring about them, correctly noted my party and wishes, spoken the plain truth, and provided me uncannily accurate estimates for wait times. The barkeeps are attentive and friendly without being intrusive. The wait staff is there when needed, remembers who ordered what, and quick to attend to special requests or needs. The food and beverages have unfailingly met or exceeded my expectations. The slow-cooked bison pot roast is braised perfection. If you like rib-eye steaks, try the bison. Ever since I ate my first, beef rib-eyes seem to fall short.
Ted’s is not the dining room of the Ritz Carlton, and it’s not meant to be. It’s supposed to be spot-on casual dining and they do get it oh-so-right in Norcross. In keeping with our basically American democratic notions, service is essentially first come, first served. Ted’s doesn’t take reservations. Don’t let that dissuade you. I celebrated a birthday there with a group of friends, and we couldn’t have had a better experience.

Brought in a group for a teen B-day party. All ate well and loved the burgers. A bit of a wait on a Friday evening. Don't take reservations.

The bison burgers at Ted's are about the best burgers I ever had! And the half sour pickles are great as well! If you are looking for a good burger, I definitely recommend going to Ted's.
