If I could give Toby Reed negative stars I'd give him 10. This man flat out lied to my face trying to tell me a Rheem HVAC unit I bought brand new from a dealer (in 2009) had the wrong motor on it. Couldn't even tell me exactly how much freon was needed to fill the unit. My husband and I were going to be out of town when he came to repair the unit and he expected me to leave him a blank check cause he couldn't give me an "exact" price for the job. When it was agreed that he would make repairs then my father give him a check he changed his tune once parts arrived demanding to be paid up front for a job he couldn't even give me and exact dollar amount for. Next repair guy told me it wasn't that difficult of a job to read the unit and motor and see that the numbers in fact DID match. Also that any qualified HVAC serviceman should also be able to read on the unit exactly how much freon said unit requires and have the equipment to be able to check it on the spot. This man is a money hungry liar.... Have an ex husband that demanded money up front for jobs, just like this guy then never returned to do the job he was paid for. He now sits in jail.

Excellent work, fair price, and friendly advice. Would recommend them to anybody.
