Cypress Custom Pools

The old saying of you get what you pay for it's absolutely true for Cypress Custom Pools. They are not the least expensive pool construction company around, but I definitely believe they are the best.

Over the last two years I have used them twice to install a pool. That alone should say something. I wouldn't spend that much money with the same company twice if I didn't believe in their product. This is our third pool to put in. The first one was with another company that was just okay. As I mentioned I have used this company twice since 2007 and would do it a third time too. Their attention to detail, use of quality material, and focus on the customer is beyond outstanding.

Their customer service is some of the best I have ever experienced. (and I know exceptional customer service, because I make my living improving customer service)

On several occasion they have helped me out on things that should have been outside of normal service or warranty. Most recently I was having a problem and it was 3:30 PM on a Friday before a holiday. Brian, the owner took the time to call me while he was driving between Austin and Houston and walk me through the steps I need to take to resolve the problem. He then followed up with me again later that night to make sure that everything was working.

In summary, I will always recommend this company to anyone needing a pool construction company!
